Communities Pledge

Lead The Change : Join The Greatest American Cleanup!

No matter the size of your group—whether it’s a handful of friends, a club, or a large organization—you can be a force for good in your community. The Greatest American Cleanup is your chance to be part of the largest cleanup effort in history, just in time for America’s 250th Birthday on July 4, 2026.

Pledge Now

I pledge to lead my community in the Greatest American Cleanup, working together to create a cleaner, greener future. We’ll pick up litter, recycle, plant native species, and inspire everyone to join us in beautifying our neighborhoods. Together, we’ll make a lasting impact and celebrate a more beautiful community by America’s 250th Birthday on July 4, 2026.

More Ways You Can Inspire, Encourage and Activate Your Community

America’s neighborhoods need leaders like you! Across 25,000 communities, groups are stepping up to take charge of picking up litter, boosting recycling, and beautifying public spaces. By leading a cleanup or organizing a local beautification project, you’ll be inspiring others to join the Greatest American Cleanup and creating a brighter, greener future for everyone.
