Your legacy gift will support efforts to build and maintain clean, green, and beautiful spaces for generations to come.
Keep America Beautiful established the Forever Beautiful Society to honor individuals who choose to leave a legacy gift to Keep America Beautiful or to one of its affiliates. The legacy that you create is unique and personal.
The Forever Beautiful Society recognizes those who make a planned gift to any entity within the Keep America Beautiful network. These gifts can include naming Keep America Beautiful or any affiliate as a beneficiary of a:
- Will or Trust
- Retirement plan such as an IRA, 401(k) or 403(b)
- Life insurance policy
- Donor-advised fund
- Charitable Remainder Trust
Your generous planned gift will honor your involvement with the Keep America Beautiful network far beyond your lifetime.
How to name Keep America Beautiful or an affiliate as a beneficiary in your will or trust:
Please consult your attorney to establish a new will or trust or to amend your existing estate documents. Sample language to include:
(Specify the Keep America Beautiful entity) is to receive the sum of $ ____ and/or ____ percent of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate. This bequest is unrestricted. (If there is a restriction, please describe the restriction.)
You can also name any entity in the Keep America Beautiful network as a full or partial beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy.
